1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Times United States (Mainland) Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

3. Shipping Rates We currently offer: • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 • Standard shipping under $75: are calculated in real-time at checkout. In the event of unexpected carrier surcharges or rate changes, we reserve the right to review and adjust shipping charges before dispatch. Customers will always be notified prior to shipment.

4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. EverTrail is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at: support@evertrailocg.com

6. Lost or Delayed Packages Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal demand. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you. 

7. Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged: • Contact us within 7 days of delivery • Include photos of the item and packaging • We will resolve the issue promptly.

 8. International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States.
