At EverTrail Outdoor Clothing & Gear, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee- We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days. To be eligible for a return: Item must be unused and in original condition Item must be in original packaging Proof of purchase is required
  2. How to Start a Return- To initiate a return, contact us at: support@evertrailocg.com Please include: Order number Reason for return Photos (if item is damaged or defective) Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval.
  3. Return Shipping- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. EverTrail is not responsible for lost return packages. 
  4. Damaged or Defective Items- If your item arrives damaged or defective: Contact us within 7 days of delivery Provide clear photos of the product and packaging If approved, we will offer: A replacement at no cost, or A full refund We cover shipping costs for approved damaged/defective claims.
  5. Refunds- Once we receive and inspect your return: You will be notified via email If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method Please allow: 3–7 business days for refund processing Additional time depending on your bank/card provider Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
  6. Exchanges- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange for a different size or product, please contact us before returning the original item.
  7. Non-Returnable Items- The following items cannot be returned: Used gear Items damaged due to misuse Clearance or final sale items Gift cards
  8. Order Cancellations- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing has begun, we may not be able to cancel the order.
  9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention- We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks. If you experience an issue, please contact us directly, we are committed to resolving concerns fairly and quickly.
